3. Are you able to provide a map of your supply chain for review?
Our supply chain is mostly here local in Guangzhou Panyu, all jewelry industrial chain were rich and well-developed as it’s one of the widely-known jewelry production site.
4. Do you offer custom design services?
Absolutely! We specialize working on custom designs. Just share your ideas with us, and our tec team will help bring them to life. We handle everything from sketches to the final product.
5. How can I get a price?
Please Prepare Your Requirements as below so to proceed to quote —
① Design Details: Have a clear description or sketch of the jewelry design you’re interested in. Include details like stone types, metal types, dimensions, and any specific features.
② Quantity: Specify the sample quantity and periodically order size.
③ Finishing Specifications: Be clear about the finish you want, what color, polish or satin, plating thickness etc.
6. Where do your raw materials come from?
Raw materials come from local certified distributor/wholesaler/retailer.
7. Can you provide samples or examples of your work?
Of course! We’d be happy to send you some samples so you can see our quality up close. Sincerely welcome you to visit our factory!
8. What is your process for turning a concept into a final product?
Here’s how it works: you give us your concept, we create detailed drawings and prototypes for your approval, and once you’re happy with them, we start sample or production. We keep you updated at every step.
9. Sampling/development fees?
Depends on style, simple style like the dailyhoops is US$50 for both drawing + mold.
10. Sampling turnaround?
2.5 - 4 weeks, depends on style and if needed in urgent.
There could be a priority for urgent items.
11. How about MOQ's?
50 pcs - 200pcs range, which depends on designs as different style different quality could use different production method to meet the standards.
Solid Gold Jewelry, MOQ is 5-10pcs.
Please if possible clarify needs and quantity turnaround monthy clearly, considering bulk purchasing or long-term contracts will save labor cost and offer better prices.

We’ve got a solid quality control system. Every piece is checked at multiple stages of production to make sure everything is consistent and up to standard, no matter how big the order is.
14. How do you manage your water-based and solid waste?
Waste was sent to specific waste treatment organization for unified management.
15. Do you use renewable energy in your facilities?
Yes, GuangDong Province is good at renewable energy production!
16. Do you recycle any of your key inputs, such as water, materials or chemicals?
Yes, the silver we use is recycled. Water & Materials would be sent to waste treatment organization to recycle. No chemicals over the standards.
17. How do you package your final products?
Packing would be done as per customer spec, normally PP bag with bubble sheet in carton. Also there are customers ordered biodegradable paper jewelry boxes.
18. Bulk turnaround?
3 - 6 weeks or 6 - 8 weeks depends on scheduling and style and mateiral and plating standards.
There could be a priority for urgent items.
19. What shipping methods do you use, and how do you ensure timely delivery?
We use reliable shipping partners and offer various options depending on what you need. We track every shipment and keep you updated along the way.
