3. Are you able to provide a map of your supply chain for review?

Our supply chain is mostly here local in Guangzhou Panyu, all jewelry industrial chain were rich and well-developed as it’s one of the widely-known jewelry production site.

4. Where do your raw materials come from?

Raw materials come from local certified distributor/wholesaler/retailer.

5. What services do you provide?

6. How do you manage your water-based and solid waste?

Waste was sent to specific waste treatment organization for unified management.

7. Do you use renewable energy in your facilities?

Yes, GuangDong Province is good at renewable energy production!

8. Do you recycle any of your key inputs, such as water, materials or chemicals?

Yes, the silver we use is recycled. Water & Materials would be sent to waste treatment organization to recycle. No chemicals over the standards.

9. How do you package your final products?

Packing would be done as per customer spec, normally PP bag with bubble sheet in carton. Also there are customers ordered biodegradable paper jewelry boxes.

10. Sampling/development fees?

Depends on style, simple style like the dailyhoops is US$50 for drawing + mold.

11. Sampling turnaround?

2.5 - 4 weeks, depends on style and if needed in urgent.

There could be a priority for urgent items.

12. Bulk turnaround?

3 - 6 weeks or 6 - 8 weeks depends on scheduling and style and plating standards.
